So, we found the silver lining to a massive rain storm on a leaky house that is improperly sealed.
Your contractor feels very bad and decides to bring in an extra crew to make sure the roof is tight before the next big rain.
And the results are FANTASTIC!!!
OH - and you get a new roof too! :)
